I’m Iva, the founder of Iva Agency. We help girls start their careers safely in Europe by working only with carefully selected, trustworthy clubs. I personally support the girls at every step of the process – from the first contact, through choosing the right club, to ongoing cooperation.
My goal is to provide clear rules, transparency and real support, so each girl can feel safe, confident and independent while focusing on her work and personal growth.

I work only with reputable, well-established clubs that meet high standards of safety and professionalism. The minimum stay is two weeks. After that, you are free to take a break, change cities, move to another club, or stop working altogether. You stay in full control of every decision.

With Iva's Agency, you can choose short-term or long-term contracts depending on what suits you best. If you feel ready for a change, you can easily move between countries such as Denmark, Norway, or Switzerland. Your work adapts to your life, not the other way around.
